Build Your Suntago Day Before You Buy the Wrong Ticket
Suntago is much easier to plan once you separate four decisions: which zone you need, how long you want inside, which child ticket applies, and how you are getting there. This guide turns those decisions into a practical family plan.
What Is Suntago Water Park?
Suntago is part of Park of Poland and combines a family water-park zone with separate adult relaxation and sauna areas. The venue is indoors, making it very different from a seasonal outdoor aqua park.
The distinction matters when planning a mixed-age trip. A family wanting slides and children’s pools does not necessarily need the same ticket as two adults planning pools, saunas and relaxation.
Suntago Ticket Prices in 2026: What You Actually Need to Compare
Official pricing checked on 2 September 2026 shows that Suntago rewards earlier planning. The price can depend on visitor type, height, visit duration, day category and how far ahead the ticket is purchased.
The examples below are from the official weekday, one-zone Jamango tariff. They are useful for understanding the pricing system, but your ticket creator should control the final amount for your date.
Adult / teenager
2 hours: 84–114 PLN
4 hours: 114–144 PLN
All day: 134–164 PLN
Child under 16
2 hours: 69–99 PLN
4 hours: 99–129 PLN
All day: 114–144 PLN
Smaller child
2 hours: 54–84 PLN
4 hours: 84–114 PLN
All day: 99–129 PLN
Suntago says planning ahead can save up to 30 PLN per ticket. Its pricing page separates same-day purchases, purchases 1–13 days earlier and purchases at least 14 days earlier.
Weekend pricing also applies during specified holiday periods, public holidays and long weekends. Do not assume a Monday-to-Friday trip automatically receives the weekday tariff if it falls inside a special period.
Open Suntago’s official pricing page to check the current tariff, then use the ticket creator for your actual date and group.
Jamango vs Relax vs Saunaria: Which Suntago Zone Should You Buy?
💦 Jamango
Best for: families, slides, pools and active water-park time.
This is the logical base ticket for most parents visiting with children.
🌴 Relax
Age: 16+.
Choose it when eligible members of the group genuinely want the adult relaxation area rather than spending the whole day in Jamango.
🔥 Saunaria
Age: 16+.
This is a specialist add-on decision rather than something every water-park visitor needs.
The current official pricing information says eligible visitors who change their mind inside the park can add Relax for 15 PLN, or Relax plus Saunaria for 30 PLN.
Suntago With Children: Age, Height and Attraction Rules
Suntago states there is no general minimum age to visit the water park. That does not mean every child can use every attraction.
Individual attractions can have their own age, height, weight and usage requirements. Parents should therefore separate the entry-ticket rule from the ride-access rule.
Crocodile Island
One family-specific feature worth knowing about is Crocodile Island in Jamango. Suntago describes it as a 1,200 m² children’s adventure area with more than 20 attractions, aimed at ages 3–14.
What about very young children?
The official family information identifies options including paddling areas and other child-focused water attractions. Suntago also says swim nappies can be purchased from its gift shops.
Strollers are not permitted in the pool area under the venue’s sanitary rules. The official FAQ directs families to leave them in the designated area behind the ticket office; baby car seats and baby carriers can be brought into the water-park area.
Can a child enter Suntago without a parent?
The official FAQ says children aged 13 and older can visit independently, subject to its stated proof-of-age and parental-permission requirements. Check the latest rule directly before arranging an unaccompanied visit.
Suntago Opening Hours: Check the Park and the Attraction
A common planning mistake is checking only the main water-park closing time. Suntago publishes separate operating times for parts of the venue and individual attractions.
Its standard 2026 schedule currently shows the main water park generally opening at 10:00, with the displayed Monday-to-Friday standard closing time at 21:00. Individual attractions can start later or close earlier.
Why this matters
- Slides can have different hours from the main building.
- Surf Air can operate on a shorter schedule.
- Crocodile Island has its own displayed times.
- Wellness & SPA can start later.
- Maintenance can affect one area without closing the entire park.
Check Suntago’s official opening-hours and attraction schedule on your travel date.
What Will a Suntago Day Really Cost?
Entry price is only one part of the budget. The useful number is your door-to-door visit cost, especially when travelling from Warsaw or another country.
Visitor category × selected duration × zones.
Standard official rate currently 25 PLN/day.
Add Suntago Bus or rail/local transport if not driving.
Budget separately for meals and drinks.
Add only if eligible visitors will actually use Relax/Saunaria.
Timed-ticket visitors should watch their booked duration.
Example: two adults + two children
If all four visitors qualify for the official weekday Jamango all-day categories and you book at least 14 days ahead, calculate each person using their correct height/age band and then add transport or parking. Do not use a generic “family of four” figure unless you know both children’s ticket categories.
2 Hours, 4 Hours or All Day: Which Suntago Ticket Makes Sense?
How to Book Suntago Without Making an Expensive Mistake
- Choose the exact date first. Special periods can affect the price category and opening schedule.
- Decide whether Jamango is enough. Families with under-16s should not automatically buy adult-zone access.
- Select your duration. Compare 2-hour, 4-hour and all-day pricing against how far you are travelling.
- Enter every visitor correctly. Pay particular attention to child height categories.
- Check attraction restrictions. Ticket admission does not guarantee access to every slide.
- Add transport only when needed. Suntago Bus products can be selected through the booking system.
- Review changes and cancellation conditions. The official pricing page currently states a 12 PLN charge for each post-purchase ticket change or exchange for a voucher.
- Save the booking confirmation. Online ticket holders have a dedicated entry process and Suntago advertises online booking as providing guaranteed park entry.
Use the official Suntago ticket creator once you know the date, zones and visitor categories you need.
Discounts, Deals and Annual Cards: What Is Actually Worth Checking?
Avoid coupon websites that claim to have a secret Suntago promotional code without showing current official terms. The safest savings are those visible through Suntago itself.
Official pricing advertises savings up to 30 PLN per ticket.
Useful mainly for repeat visitors; compare against expected visits.
Check eligibility and expiry before building a trip around one.
The official FAQ confirms discounted ticket options for eligible disabled visitors and caregivers.
How to Get to Suntago From Warsaw, the Airport or Żyrardów
Suntago is at Nowy Świat 1, 96-300 Wręcza, Poland. The park is positioned between the A2 motorway and S8 expressway and is commonly planned as a Warsaw-area day trip.
Driving and parking
The official standard parking rate is currently 25 PLN per day. Qualifying Unlimited-card holders can receive a reduced or free rate, while Suntago Village guests receive free parking under the published conditions.
The venue warns that leaving and re-entering the car park can trigger another parking fee. That is worth knowing before driving elsewhere for food or supplies mid-visit.
Suntago Bus from Warsaw
Warsaw ↔ Suntago: official FAQ currently lists 45 PLN return or 29 PLN one way.
Warsaw Chopin Airport ↔ Suntago: 65 PLN return or 39 PLN one way for the published seasonal airport service.
Żyrardów ↔ Suntago: 20 PLN return or 10 PLN one way.
Bus schedules can change, so match your return bus against the water-park closing time before buying your entrance duration.
Check official Suntago directions and parking and check the current Suntago Bus timetable.
Suntago Village: Should You Stay Overnight?
Suntago Village is the official accommodation option near the water park, using modern bungalow-style accommodation. It can make sense for visitors travelling a long distance, families wanting a less rushed day, or anyone planning more than one park visit.
Do not assume every accommodation rate automatically includes every water-park product. Check the exact package, ticket conditions, parking, check-in and cancellation terms before booking.
Open the official Suntago website and select the accommodation route to compare current Village options.
Food, Towels, Lockers and What to Bring
Suntago has restaurants and bars inside the complex, including family-focused food options. The official FAQ also provides information about towel, bathrobe and swimming-accessory rental, so travellers do not necessarily need to carry every bulky item from abroad.
Outside food is controlled by venue rules. One clearly stated exception is special-purpose food for children under three and food required for people with allergies.
Suntago Accessibility: What the Official Information Confirms
Suntago says it provides wheelchairs, dedicated gates and elevators for disabled visitors. Staff are also trained to operate lifts that help visitors access various attractions.
Designated accessible parking spaces are located near the entrance. The official FAQ also states that discounted tickets are available for a disabled visitor over 16 and for a caregiver through the ticket creator’s disability category.
Safety, Lifeguards and Attraction Closures
Suntago’s official FAQ states that qualified water and medical lifeguards work at the park, and that there is a medical facility in the Jamango zone.
Individual attractions can close temporarily for safety, weather or maintenance reasons. An open water park therefore does not guarantee that every slide or attraction is operating.
The venue also publishes attraction-specific regulations and current water-quality information. Its terms page reports that the pool water met the applicable Polish requirements at the latest examination shown there, dated 3 June 2026.

Suntago vs Other Large European Water Parks
If your real search intent is finding the biggest or best large indoor water park in Europe rather than specifically visiting Poland, compare Suntago against the alternatives before booking flights.
Our largest water park in Europe comparison looks at Suntago alongside major options such as Tropical Islands, Therme Erding and Rulantica and explains how “largest” changes depending on whether you prioritise indoor scale, slides, resort stays or a theme-park holiday.
